The room was a bit old built, tv was old too, not smart tv.

We were upgraded to a very large unit which was wonderful. ALL of the staff were the most friendly, helpful and courteous. Remember them with a well earned gratuity ! They more than deserve it !

Little bit hard to find as it is a bit off the main road. Even our Bolt driver couldn’t find it.

The facilities are little old

Decent and comfortable rooms with fair pricing. The pool is small, but surprisingly nice to relax (maybe because of the simple but effective landscaping around it).

The room furnishings are a bit dated, but still ok.

High floor is renovated, so very nice. And location very convenient

They only clean the room every 3 nights of stay. Gym is small old and too warm.

I liked everything about this hotel. The location was really good as it was close to the BTS station (Chong Nonsi), street foods, shopping malls, massage spas, etc. Good value for money as the rooms are spacious and amenities complete. Breakfast was also good and consistent. Gym and pool were enjoyed by my friends. Staff are incredibly kind and attentive to our requests. Overall a really good value hotel!

Not a negative aspect but having smart tvs would really elevate the experience. Then again, we didn't really stay in the room that often as Bangkok has lots to offer. Would have been a nice addition though!

A/C is noisy and fan doesn’t stop unless you turn it off manually. The electrical outlets are not very conveniently located and are loose.

The location is good to get around and just 5-10 mins walk to BTS station and 7-11 also shops and restaurants

The breakfast buffet was the only thing I enjoyed.

The wifi setup was odd. After returning to the room it was necessary to sign in again. My two android phones work well so it must be the hotel's issue.I was on the fifth floor and there was plenty of noise from scooters, etc., overnight.The beds in my room (two twins pushed together with a dirty and ineffective mattress topper) were the hardest, most uncomfortable I have ever experienced.I pretty much didn't sleep the first night. In the middle of the night I made a reservation elsewhere and turned in my key card and departed in the morning (my reservation was for 3 nights). No questions were asked if me as to why I was leaving early..... probably because they essentially aren't interested.

Change me bhat 1000/night, but not really extra bed. As I booked twin beds and extra 1 bed for 3ppl, but hotel arranged for 1 single bed and 1 queen size double bed which was not valued for the extra bed thb1,000.

location is very good near everything, hotel around nice area, upper rooms are very good, I had one problem about AC noise coming from another room but they change me the room

The wifi on the second floor kept disconnecting, the furniture had scratches, the gym equipment was at least 30 years old, the first room I was in smelled moldy.
